its an advent monza t100 and i was just wondering woul it be able to play sims 3 ino the Processor is a bit low but the memory is more that enough will it be able to take i think i might cry if it dosent also its a windows 8 cause on the back of sims 3 it only says windows 7 will it work OK. one of the sales assistants in game said it would work fine but he could just be trying to make me buy the game so i cant return it

You need to go to a computer store and ask them. They're the experts, supposedly.

Who is this sales assistant working for? EA Games? If so, I'd trust her on your system specs. Remember Sims 3 is a 2009 game. That's pretty old in terms of PC games and system requirements. You can always dial back the graphics of the game. The graphics of Sims 3 aren't that system drag heavy even though they're a big improvement over Sims 2.

I'd beg to differ on that count. Persons working at Game Stop, Best Buy, etc... barely make minimum wage and tend to have a bare minimum understanding of computers, computer software, etc.... If these big stores cared about having knowledgeable staff then they'd either pay more for their help and give them far greater training in their respective jobs.

So have you tried Googling

You can find out virtually anything if you're determined and have the patience

On the other hand however sometimes a quick q at a2k is successful
