Last Friday i went to the Videostore to rent some movies i chosed five. but one of them was about to deeply affect me.
I began to see the movie Spirited Away and 2 hours later i cried so good it was. I have seen animated movies before but never seen one who have affected me as much as this one. Now i have bought it and i love the movie and it also have given me new visions and inspiration. Why did this movie never won as best picture it fully deserved it.
I can advice everyone to see this movie. It is soo beautiful and the girl is wonderful in the movie.
You might want to check out some of Hayao Miyazaki's other stuff
Laputa; Castle in the Sky (1986)
Kiki's Delivery Service (1989)
Princess Mononoke (1997)
and he has a new one coming out this summer called Howl's Moving Castle

I LOVED that movie. My favorite of his films, that I've seen so far, is My Neighbor Totoro.

that is an awesome movie, i absolutely love it! it is so powerful and symbolic of japanise culture! for example: when her parents eat at the buffet and become pigs (because of their greed.)

Spirited Away is a delight. Very very beautiful.
Metropolis (the animated version) is good too, and eerily haunting.
