What do you think of my idea

So it is about a kid in a zombie apocalypse. the atory begins in the kids high school where a hughe earthquake happens. He and hia grandfather are in the lockerrooms and they hide under the benches. The next few days he and the people in the school are isolated from the rest of the world. They are cut off due to the damage in their town. Policemen put borders around the school to keep eeryone inside.
