Suspicious file?

I've done searches everywhere, ran hijacker, ran virus stuff, startup list lalala.. and I have something called DR_S.exe ... any ideas what this is?

I found few references to it on the web (though every mention is during talk of malicious software) & no descriptions of what it does. However, it's safe to remove references to it from your registry using HijackThis and manually delete the file.
