nVidia CP Problem

I have a Dell laptop model N5110.
Display Adapter: NVIDIA GeForce GT 525M
The problem is that the nVidia Control Panel won't open when I double click the icon from the system tray icons; the window open normally but no contents is displayed inside the window and if I clicked any where the window become 'Not Responding' state and I end task to close it. I searched over the inet but I can't get this problem solved.
