Every time I reboot my computer, two signs appear, both identical, with ERROR CODE on them. There is also a large red X to the left of the message. When I try to left click on them, nothing happens, so I can't find out anything to identify them like 'properties',etc.
Help???
Oops, I forgot to add that the message says "could not find program code."

I used to have Sticky Notes, but thought I had uninstalled it. When I ran a search, there were six files. I could delete all but three, but that was still enough to stop the error message coming up when I rebooted.
