That is one of the things I've liked about google.
Oh, well.
To explain, a person could pick a photo as background for the main google window. That's done. I liked it.

Google let you pick a photo as background behind the main google window. Now done in an effort to streamline.
I've recently spent a few months with a backdrop of san francisco..

I never knew that. Go figure.
I rarely ever go to the Google homepage. I usually use the Google Chrome address bar for my searches.
