A SHORT Ontology
1st Phase the phenomenal stage: - things the way we perceive them (the Cave of Plato).
2nd Phase the atomic stage-see things as a collection of spinning atoms (Democritus).
3rd Phase the Quantum fluctuation stage the appearance and disappearance of the particle converting mass, matter into energy and vice versa
"E = mc ²" (Einstein).
4th Phase absolute-logical stage the "logos" as responsible for these conversions or 'E = mc ² = Psy' - (Valere De Brabandere).

This was a science Fiction program on "Outer Limits" maybe 40 years ago. It starred DAvid MAcallum as a subject who evolved during the program
