@Eva,
This makes me wonder... how many apparently normal vehicles are there on the roads that are secretly transporting goats?

Also... maybe the dude has kids, and he needs a nanny.

Ooh! Shocked I hadn't thought of that!!

Regardless of what kind of kids he has (human or goat), this goat wouldn't have been a help. It was definitely a billy, not a nanny.

Msolga, I'm sorry I made you relive such childhood trauma.

Jcboy, if you do let a goat ride in your cab, just be sure he's wearing his seatbelt, ok? (I wonder if there's a law about this in Florida?)

Rockhead, re: pigs and chickens riding in cars...I'm just gonna hafta take your word for it. I hope to never see that. And yeah, I did think the guy's car would be pretty beat up by the time he got wherever he was going. That was a BIG goat, and it had fearsome horns!

@Eva,
I lived in farm country when I was a kid. My first boyfriend's dad was a pig farmer. There were no buses out thataway so if you wanted to get somewhere, you hitched rides. Everybody did it back then. This guy was very strange but thankfully I wasn't going too far and he did let me out. I felt more comfortable with the pigs. He had removed the back seat so apparently he did this a fair bit.
