Soul or illusion of soul?

Is there a center of our being, an ego or soul, or is this an illusion? Buddhism says an-atta or no-soul, and that the illusion of a center can be seen, i.e., you can see how the illusion forms. Christians say there is a soul or center, but this is based on belief.

Oy.

I don't know about a soul, but there is definitely a center.

That's an interesting concept, but is an illusion capable of comprehending itself? An illusion is a lack of something, that is miscalculated to be something. So if an illusion can comprehend itself, then there is obviously something there, and the real illusion is that it seems there is not.

Each person may have a model of pure soul. If you take care of your soul well and loyal to the voice of your model of pure soul along with others, you may be able to go to a good place.
