I think that really is fair.

An ultrasound in the circumstances of a woman requesting an abortion is totally unnecessary.

However, sometimes a rectal exam could find out the cause of ED, like a wonked up prostate or something.

I've heard of weirder things attached to bills, things totally unrelated.

What happens if all women just refuse to have the ultrasound done? Jail time for a woman.

We have a history of protesting unjust and stupid laws by refusing to follow them. Just wondering if the penalty is the same as refusing to sit in the back of the bus.
