can CPS tell a person who has called on them in the state of texas, and show them the file on them, if no then what can someone do about it if they do tell the person who has called on them

sue them! get a lawyer and take it to court, cause they can not tell the person who called on them at all, not even if their lawyer gets the file from the cps office the name has to be blacked out before it is copied!

infact that very law is giving me all sorts of problems so please sue them!
