You told us you have a brown lump of stuff with dents in it, nothing more, and then you bump your thread after four minutes? Is it magnetic?
@contrex,
Nope,its not magnetic.It seems like some kind of rock or mineral thats got a rough texture and surface,there's a lot of bumps and dents on the thing.
@Matthew123333,
Might it be a petrified mass of vegetation in mud
without a picture, we are all just guessing.
@Matthew123333,
Okay, so you reckon it's something like a cow patty.
Weigh it and measure its volume.
@Matthew123333,
Its not that.Its a small,rough-textured,weighs about 3 or 4 grams,brown/dark-reddish colored,and smells like wood.
@contrex,
I dont have the item,so i cant weigh it.
@Matthew123333,
That narrows it down. Very few rocks smell like wood. Is it hard, soft, does it feel heavy for it's size?
@Matthew123333,
Well you know the old saying 'If it looks like **** and smells like **** .....'.
@eurocelticyankee,
nothing left but to give it the old "Taste test"
I love the way research leads us into pulling back the foreskin of the the unknown.
