can anyone help me translate to lain:
"starve the ego, feed the soul"

The second part is easy.
feed the soul --> animam pasce

The first part is difficult. As far as I can discover, there is no one Latin
word for "starve". You'd need something like fac ieiunium servare,
literally, "make <someone> perform a fast".

And "ego" is already a Latin word meaning "I". So you'd have to rephrase it
to capture what "ego" means in mordern English.

replece the word "ego" in "pride"

My input may be of some use despite it not containing a translation.

Imagine a tattoo which says, "starve the ego feed the soul".

If the phrase is just a tad platitudinous and trite then what makes you think that it will be ennobled by translation into latin?
