What browser do you use? What cookie settings do you use?

If you use IE a little red icon will appear in the lower right of the browser when a cookie is blocked. Double clicking on it will open a diaogue that allows you to enable cookies for that site.

Mouse over everything near your clock... It's the one that says "Privacy Report". Double click it... then click on the sight in the window that pops up... then click Summary... then Always allow... OK and your done.
