If the pdf document is fairly short you could screenshot it and save it in png or gif or jpeg format. i do it myself sometimes, especially if there's a picture in the pdf that I want to have..
Just hit your "Printscreen" key on the keyboard to capture whatever's on the screen, and Paste it into your Paint program and Save it.
