Java Script That Deletes Some Certain Lines In A Htlm Website

Hello I will like to know if there is some java script in order to temporaly and only for my display delete some certain lines in a web site. for example instead of doing right click see element and delete the lines i want. i want a script to do this delete for me. in an istant. is that possible?
