I don't know, but if you go to www.ripoffreport.com and do a search of any company names (and a lot of people, doctors, landlords, that kind of thing) you get to read peoples gripes about them.

But just because there are a lot of reports on there, doesn't mean a company is bad. Dell gets quite a few. On of my credit cards is all over there, but I never have a problem with them. I'm sure you'll see a lot of car dealerships, too.

You could also try googling the name, and seeing what else pops up.
