I know i should feel ashamed asking this question, but how do you find out if you have windows 98 or if you have windows 98SE Question

Right click on "my computer" icon, and click properties. That will tell you your operating system version.

Alternatively, click Start --> Run, then type Winver

For reference...the various Windows 95 releases were versions 4.00.950 ~ 4.03.1214
Windows 98 = 4.10.1998
Windows 98 SE = 4.10.2222A
Windows Me = 4.90.3000
