to whom Rex was hostile, on a racial basis.

Hades the Pit Bull saved an 8-year-old boy after he was stung
24 times by bees by dragging him away from the swarm.
The brave pup grabbed his trouser leg and hauled him up the incline.

"Hades saw me and came and she dragged me up to the grass and
stopped and let me crawl on her back and then took me to mom," Jesse-Cole told KPTV.

Shaver and his 14-year-old sister, Jasmine, who is allergic to bee stings,
were rushed to Willamette Falls Hospital.

Doctors removed the stings from the children's hair
and they were released a few hours later.
