he was declared his biological father since May, 1st 2012. my child was born in April, 2011 and I told him he was the father since the day i knew i was pregnant, he wrote a check to somebody paying for use stroller,chair and carseat will that be a proof, and he has a gov job and use a gov cell phone should I ask the judge supine the record of phone calls since i only have a prepaid line
