Will I have to upgrade my PC to play Diablo 3?

Ah system specs, one of the first questions any discerning PC gamer wants to know the answer to when a game is announced. Online, the feeling is that Diablo 3 won't be a game that pushes PC hardware. Will I have to upgrade my PC to play Diablo 3?
