Strength endurance and gaining strength

I'm 16 years old, about 5'3 and I weigh 130 pounds. I'm thinking about starting wrestling and doing MMA. I know that I need to work on my strength endurance. I also want to get stronger but I don't want to get way too big. I'm okay with getting slightly bigger but not a whole lot bigger. I don't want to look like a huge deformed person, but I want to be big enough for people to see I'm muscular. I've been lifting weights on-and-off for just over a year. I have very little body fat. I workout at home and I have a bench press, barbell with weights, a pull up bar, and a punching bag. Can someone give me advice on how to gain strength endurance and gain strength, but not get too big? Possibly a workout routine?
