how come when i play a game like a shockwave game, the game always stutters and pauses. Could it be a conflict with something running in the background or something else. I tried running the game without a internet explorer window loading but i still have the problem. I'm running Windows xp.
Sometimes the game continues to load information while you are playing, or your computer can't handle the amount of new graphics, or you're just crapped out with too many programs in the background.
is there anyway to fix it
No, you're going to have to let the computer go and pray that your computer specialist hasn't taken the hippocratic oath.
But seriously, go to any computer store and harass the people there with a barrage of questions.
