Should there be a mandatory law for a female Pres?

This is KerrysGirl's debate team partner again.

For those who would like to know. My partner and I debated on the topic "Should there be a mandatory female President" and we had cons (against).

Should there be a law governing a mandatory gender for a political figure at all the answer is no because it goes against the countrys equality rights as it's not mandatory for a political figure to be male.
