Hi folks,
Every time I go to a different website, I get a message asking about whether I wish to visit this website and do I trust the security of it, etc. Is there any way I can get this message reduced / eliminated, as I have adequate security software runnng in the background ?

Cheers,

artdba

@artdba,
In Internet Explorer -

Go to Tools>Internet Options>Security and then uncheck "enable protected mode".

I am not 100% certain as I do not know which version of which browser you are using, but if you're using IE 9 the above should do it.

@jespah,
In Safari you'd disable it through 'Preferences' -- it's the little gear-looking symbol in the upper right hand corner.

Probably not recommended, though. I leave mine on since I only get the warning box every once in a blue moon -- about the same as when I used IE.
