i need to know if my husband has a chance to be getting out of prison.
He has been locked up for 5 years and his charges are 3 counts of kiddnapping
3 counts of co joint robbery and 2 counts of Possess Firearms After Conviction Or During Probation
I think you need to discuss his prospects with his lawyer, not us.

@luckyJONNA,
Sounds pretty grim, but it probably comes down to how crowded they are, and how likely they think he is likely to do this again. Of course, it also depends a lot on what the original sentence was, and what state he is in.
