A few submarines is not a navy....
No ships at all is not a navy . . . so much for your bullsh*t "Mongol Empire." Basically that was just an extended protection racket--pay us tribute or we'll kill everyone. You just think the Mongols were cool because of the mass slaughters they performed. You have no concept of history or the meanings of historical events. Certainly in 1945 the Soviet Union did not possess a naval threat which would have allowed them to endanger England or the United States. That'w why the expended so much to build a navy. The only thing which gave the Soviet Union world power status was the bomb.
