That's just a pretentious university-student-esque answer to which a short boy in a bowler hat who has a thin mustache would say:

"but your belief that you do not believe is a belief in itself."

then he would take a triumphant sip of his cheap lager and smirk.

And I would note that I do not believe that I do not believe...I know I do not believe.

My smirk would probably outdo his smirk.

I think it also depends on how evolved our brain is. Only Einstein can come up with Relativity, not our ancestor chimpanzee.
