I wanna know the name of the film

I wanna know the name of the film explained below.
I watched this film about three years back and there was a power failure in our area, while watching it.
I've no idea about the cast of the film and couldn't keep the name in mind, too.
I can remember these parts of the film;
There's an edgy guy who always disputes with everyone.
Once this guy goes for an interview and hit and pull-out the person before him in the queue and forcibly enters the interview room.
In another scene, a gang hit this guy together and his friend comes at the time with a pistol and helps him to get rid of them.
Please help me as early as possible to solve this matter.
