You might wish to go to the below link and find out who google think you are.

http://google.com/ads/preferences

I had a fairly accurate profile listing my interests as networks and computer security, cycling and social issues and guess my age as 65 plus..

You can also tell google not to keep a profile on you using that link.

Well, it didn't do a very good job with me. It added 20 years to my age, and it has 3 of 19 interests correct.

At least it got my gender right.
