Apparently it hasn't hit the US yet. According to IMDb's release info page for the film, it has only been released in one film festival in the US.

AS for your question (and I hope you just didn't give away an important plot spoiler), it's hard to answer without any context. How old is the male character? Who was the first female to be seduced/romanced? Etc....
Anyway, welcome here to a2k. There might be a small group of people outside of the US who were lucky to see this film. Hopefully they can join the discussion.
