I am able to remember mine, in states of wakeful consciousness on-the-job, and at lunch.
I don 't remember my deaths, during surgery; only re-awakening.

There are many religious texts that you can read to give some light on the subject but the only way is through first hand experience and that means gaining enough practice through meditation to reach a state of enlightenment. In the first instance there comes the realization that there is no personal self.

Your soul is made entirely of time... I suggest you look for it in the clocks you spend your life looking at...
