I Cant remember the name of this movie

I watched this movie at school but I have forgot the name of it any help would be great..

It starts off with these kids and a club house. They do good deeds and the boy leader of the club house ends up having to move away while he is away he joins a gang to fit in and starts causing trouble so who he is leaving with cant control him anymore so they send him back to that town and he starts causing trouble there with the help of his old friends they try to get him to change his bad ways but it will take some doing cause he keeps acting up that is all i can remember i have not seen this movie in over 15 years and i cant remember the name of it to save my life
