It looks like The Water Club's event planning staff is quite experienced. Other than taking care of the licence, they can probably take care of everything for you.
With you so busy planning how will you find the time to do the brides hair?

Those are beautiful cakes!
Had dinner with them tonight and went over cake decorations, Larry as usual can’t make up his mind.
Somehow the guess list grew overnight. I have an event planner with the hotel working on a block of rooms, I need a final head count by Monday!
Oh wow, what a great wedding this will be!
I am sure there will be many memorable moments with this wedding and
stories for years to tell. When is this happy occasion taking place?
New York has hosted some of the biggest weddings, I am sure you'll find
the perfect cake, venue and ambiance for the lovely bride and his handsome groom.
