Not really, as my history teacher explains Nietzsche:
'Life is pointless, therefor: LONG LIVE LIFE! Rejoice!'

And the way he says it... Smile
You just WANT to go out and play in rays of sunshine when hearing him speak Wink

The following just came to me that might counteract your point of view that nihilism is depressing: Nothing, means nothing to fear. DO, LIVE, DO!

In the moment. Make rash decisions, take riscs, makes me think of: Be smart, act dumb.

It doesn't sound like the smart thing to do, but who where has lived his whole life rationally and because of it has had the best experiences in his life, if you analyse everything, you can't enjoy any of it. I've looked at the hapiness of other to discover the secret to it. I have noticed that 'dumb' people have lived happy lives and geniusses were best case scenario, manic-depressed. Most of them were simply depressed.

We're all here to have a good time, that's the meaning of life. That's what we usually mean with meaning of life: what makes me happy?

Don't think!

Think about it... Wink
