I have a tucan in a tree in my front yard should I do nothing?

I have a large bird that I know nothing about and was curious what you all thought I should do.

does it get cold enough there that the iguanas fall from the trees?

my front yard is frozen solid most days just now. today it is almost 60, but with 30 mph winds. hell is up the road a piece...

No name tag and yes he did seem to swear.

I think his owner was a lady because he called my wife mama

Ok I was wrong it is a red tail feathered parrot of some sort.
