Can anyone help me finding out what are A-H?
NOTICE:(the reactions are real and can happen,the reaction are not balanced)
1) A(g)+B(g)-->C(l)+D(s)
2) A(g)+B(g)-->C(g)+E(g)
3) B(g)+D(s)-->E(g)
4) A(g)+E(g)-->C(l)+D(s)
5) B(g)+F(g)-->C(g)
6) D(g)+F(g)-->A(g)
7) B(g)+E(g)-->G(g)
8) C(l)+G(l)-->H(l)
9) A(g)+H(l)-->C(l)+D(s)+E(g)

are you given the elements present in the reaction?

@mars90000000,
Yes,but they can be combinations,too.
and we have to find out what are they...

@momy17,
If you know the elements can you post them?

if you post the elements present, you can solve the problem...

Do an element balance on your system and solve using a matrix approach. This will give you all the possible reactions possible between the elements given at those conditions.

@momy17,
If I had to guess at the first six I would say A-F are CH4, O2, H2o, C, CO2 and H2

@engineer,
As I know...
CH4+O2-->CO2(g)or(s)+H2O(l)or(g)
So D can't be C(s)...

@momy17,
Depends on how rich the O2 supply is. You can make carbon by burning CH4 is a very Oxygen poor environment.

If you make E carbon monoxide, then G can be CO2. A could by acetylene (C2H2).

Are you sure you didn't get anymore clues?

@engineer,
It was a question in an exam from a University that high school students could take that,and as I participated in...I couldn't answer this question then I post it here to get the answer...(but the exam is over now).
There will be an answer for this that the questioner will give,so we have to wait for it.
(Also there was nothing else information about that question witch was mentioned in the sheet.)

@momy17,
Hello,
The equations are given by you was good. And A-H must be an Ammonia and helium...
