How to save a PDF file

In my line of work I require to use a lease document for new tenants. However everytime you open the file it says "you cannot save a completed copy of this form on your computer. If you would like it for your records. Please fill it in and then print it". I would like to save it though because I want to be able to edit it a bit. Such as adding my company logo to the document and removing certaing aaspects of the document that do no apply to my buildings. Any way of doing this? Thanks.

@IronMan2007,
Typically you need a PDF editor Adobe Acrobat Pro being the obvious expensive option - but that is a pita to use for complex document edits - then it's much better to have the word original and change that then save as PDF - not that really works with your situation.

This blog entry talks about what the deal and options are

Anyway I had a hunt and I found PDFEscape http://www.pdfescape.com/

It looks like it might do what you want but I haven't tried it - but it looks legit in the wikipedia entry http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pdfescape
