Have any solutions?

I don't know beans about computers, but I do know that the not so portable home computers have a power button on the power supply on the back.. It is easy enough to toast, or shall I say: Fry the mother board by pulling the memory without it being properly shut down before hand... Why were you working on it to begin with...

May be it's SMPS will not be working check it. Or there be some cord will be loose so check the connection well. And restart it once. If it not working again them check it to expert.
