How Could “Moon Rock” Contain Blood Vessels?

Some geologists insist “moon rocks” did not contain blood vessel remains. I wish to say that at least some of the so-called “moon rocks” are not rocks originating from Earth’s Moon, although the “moon rocks” did contain blood vessels/muscle cells/red blood cells, etc. as shown in:

@bewildered,
i'm guessing the only way a moon rock would contain blood vessels is if somebody brained you with (hoping & praying) (unless somebody already did, which might explain a few things)
