@Dutchy,
Actually, Sushi is not that healthy, because it has a lot of carbs in the rice...

@XXSpadeMasterXX,
Now that depends on what time of day you eat the Sushi. Same with Pasta, best had a lunch time as our bodies still burn off the carbs throughout the day.

It's healthier than, Schnitzels, McDonalds, Roast chicken skin, radaradara

Now i am

HUNGRY!!!!

@FOUND SOUL,
Actually found, I heard, but not sure if true...It is best to eat carbs in the morning, then you can burn it off all day, apposed to eggs, and meats...

@XXSpadeMasterXX,
There may be a truth there as the carbohydrates are energy capsules which provide the fuel needed to stay alert and moving. The common egg and bacon platter is more for the muscles through Polly Protein. A combo of the both works best along with a ripe nectarine. (and 3 pots of coffee)

@Sturgis,
To both Smile

Spades could you eat rice or pasta or potatoes for breakfast? I've never heard of any one suggesting that ?

Sturgis... 5 veg, 3 fruit, lean meat (hold the bacon) and eggs (1) only although they will try to make you have an egg white omlette with spinach Sad for no "fat".

Spades all the bodybuilders eat pasta for lunch Mr. Green Not that I've ever looked at them Shocked

@FOUND SOUL,
Interesting idea.
Potatoes and eggs are an option. I'm not much into rice so that fails big time. However there is too, the idea as mentioned of pasta, which could have vegetable and some sort of meat mixed with it. I've actually eaten left over pasta in the morning.

@Sturgis,
Ah most have eaten left overs in the morn when starving, was it after the red wine? Wink

Potatoes in an omlette there you go, all sliced up thinly, add what ever else you want, but yeah I've done that before.

Actually SPADES ahhhh, I've had mash potatoe on toast in the morning as left over mash , but butter "had" to be there too and the potatoes had to be microwaved...

Don't mind that idea either.

@FOUND SOUL,
Nothing beats hot porridge and pine apple slices on a cold morning, keeps me going all day, with glasses of freshly squeezed orange juice in between.
