What are the steps to get married to the same sex
are there any pastors in california?

There are plenty of pastors who would probably love to do it, but currently (at least per Wikipedia, and frankly it's a complex issue that is still rolling around the courts) it ain't legal there, see:

Same sex marriage is currently legal in NY, Mass., VT, CT, DC, Iowa and New Hampshire. So book a flight east.
