There is a difficult argument to make in those words since no one has ever touched the eternal unless getting through the present moment... It is human beings through the medium of their lives who give meaning to such notions as eternity, and not the reverse, where eternity gives meaning to us, so when we die, all the meaning we give to words like eternity and the present fall and fade away...
