I'm doing research on Francis Allotey. He created something called the Allotey Formalism, a "technique used to determine matter in outer space". How does that work exactly?

IMO, this lack of detail indicates that the "formalism" seems to be pretty insignificant in general astronomical terms, and the publicity surrounding it seems more to do with "Black African" pride, rather than a "scientific breakthrough."
