Simply put you are asking for snake oil.

Making the computer run faster is either accomplished through better memory management. Most programs that do this don't do much better than Windows or they just change settings that Windows can be used to change.

Making your internet connection faster is not possible. What those programs claim to do is really just an illusion. For example a page pulled from a cache loads faster, but that does not improve the connection speed at all.

Programs that claim to do this just store more webpages in your cache and then when you access them load the copy on ur computer rather than the current one. If u want a faster computer and internet, my advice: upgrade, Cable is awfully attractive these days, and processor update kits are available anywhere from 50 to 500 dollars
