What are the disadvantages of a bacterial computer?

Hi:

Here is a computer made of out E. coli bacteria: http://www.guardian.co.uk/science/blog/2009/jul/24/bacteria-computer

What are the drawbacks to such a comp? One benefit is the lack of need for electric power.
