I saw a movie back in the 90's, I think ,and I have been trying to find it ever since. I think Steve Buscemi was one of the main characters. It was a crime drama and Buscemi intercepts a large amount of money and is holed up in an apartment or hotel with a female. The other guys are looking for the money and someone gets their hand or fingers cut off or stabbed in the hand. That's all I can remember. Hope someone can ID this movie for me. Thanks.

Blood Simple, but Buscemi isn't in that one.

Thanks. I've looked at a ton of filmographies for Buscemi with no luck. The character is super paranoid and maybe that's why I am thinking it's Buscemi. Any other actors that remble Buscemi and his ultra paranoid charactors? Thanks.
