I am creating a MSWord document. Within the document there are three columns as in Exhibit 1 below.

I have tried using the tab key and the space key to get the columns lined up. However, when I get them lined up on the screen, they still print out of alignment.

Is there a way to line them up? Using a column function? Table function? How is it done?

@gollum,
You probably want a table, or to create a table in Excel and paste it in there. I think column will be kinda overkill for what you want - columns are generally for newsletters and the like and what you have there appears to be more like a list.
