I don't believe in violence, but I'm willing to make an exception if I ever meet one of those spammers.

I got the ..Im from Zimbabwe and Ive been looking for you, a long lost relative has died and left you millions... yesterday.

If I had more time, I would have replied and sent the guy on a wild goose chase through like Paris or Italy to get my bank information. It would at least make it interesting.

I would like to also reply to the...larger ads as well but, stop due to the spelling thing myself...its an odd personality trait I believe...but, Im just gonna go with it cuz, its at least comical.

Spams and scams, Quinn. Somebody needs a big hug, right? Laughing

I got a paypal scam. Thank God I didn't have an account with paypal, or I might have fallen for that one.

My boss forwarded me that the other day wondering if I could explore what the heck it was....luckily, we have some good protection over here....and you know, Im all up on that stuff.

Im all for strict punishments on these things. Id suggest a lifetime of in home computer repair at no cost to the consumer.

Very Happy Let the punishment fit the crime. My Norton Antivirus has never acted right. When I had this pc, custom built, it was part of the package. The message kept saying: Cannot read subscription. Please reinstall..Tried it three times, my friend here to help me, and it still is not working.

I do have Zone alarm, but that doesn't work on e-mail, does it?

Well, Zone Alarm is a free download, but Craven doesn't like it and neither does Phoenix. I have outlook express6..soooooo. Maybe it's a matter of the ISP..mine is local. People tell me that AOL is a bitch.

The spelling thing is to fool junk mail filters. They'll send the correct words straight to the junk pile, but enlagrement will get through to your inbox just fine.

Same with all those funny characters with accents in the middle of otherwise English words...

Thanks, Wy. All this time I thought the senders were illiterate. You'd think that they would give up after a while.

I suppose it is because the spelling checker of this site does not work with Zone Alarm on.
When I am on Windows (which is a rare case for me), I am almost always with Zone Alarm on. The share ware versions of Zone Alarm have options for the mail security but sieves are not as fine as those of anti-virus softwares.
